At M99 Slot, we believe that enjoyable gambling can only happen when it is done responsibly. We provide a range of tools and resources to help you stay in control, enjoy the games without pressure, and get help whenever you need it.
These facts remind us all of the importance of playing within healthy limits.
M99 Slot equips every player with easy-to-use control tools at no extra cost.
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis directly from your account settings. Once the limit is reached, the system will automatically block any additional deposits until the period resets.
Control how long you play each day. The M99 Slot platform will send you a reminder when you are approaching your set time limit and will automatically end your session once the limit is reached.
You can set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with for a given period. Once this limit is reached, your account will be automatically blocked from continuing play temporarily.
Need a short breather? Activate Break Mode for 24 hours, 3 days, or a week. During the break period, you cannot log in or place any bets, but your account balance remains safe.
If you feel the need to stop playing for a longer period — from 6 months to permanently — you may apply for full self-exclusion. All promotions and invitations will be halted immediately.
Review your full betting, deposit, and withdrawal history in detail at any time. Awareness of your own spending patterns is the first step toward playing more responsibly.
Responsible gaming means enjoying gambling as a form of entertainment only — not as a source of income, an escape from problems, or a way to "chase back" money already lost. At m99 slot, we are acutely aware that uncontrolled gaming can have serious consequences for individuals and their families.
We believe every player deserves a fun and pressure-free gaming experience. That is why we have built a gaming ecosystem that puts full control in your hands. All tools we provide are designed to be easily accessible, simple to use, and effective the moment they are activated.
This is not merely a licensing requirement — it is M99 Slot's sincere commitment to the Malaysian player community we care about.
Problem gambling rarely happens overnight. It typically develops gradually and often goes unnoticed by the player themselves. Recognise these early warning signs before they become more serious:
Activating control tools on m99 slot is simple and can be done directly from your account dashboard in under two minutes:
Log in to your M99 Slot account using the Login button at the top of this page.
Click your profile icon at the top right corner and select "Security & Limits Settings".
Select the type of limit you want to set — deposit limit, loss limit, time limit, or self-exclusion.
Enter your desired limit value. The limit takes effect immediately and requires a 48-hour waiting period to be reduced.
The m99 slot platform is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. We enforce a strict KYC verification process to ensure only adult players can access our platform.
If you share a device with younger family members, we recommend the following steps to prevent unauthorized access:
Many players fall into trouble by believing common misconceptions about gambling. Here are some widespread myths and the truth behind them:
| Commonly Believed Myths | The Real Truth |
|---|---|
| "I was so close to winning, so I need to keep playing." | Every round is independent and random. There is no such thing as a "near win" — the odds are always the same. |
| "I can win back what I've lost." | Chasing losses almost always leads to even greater losses. It is the most dangerous trap of all. |
| "I'm luckier than other people." | Gambling is based on statistical probability, not personal luck. No system can beat the mathematics in the long run. |
| "I can stop whenever I want." | Problem gambling is a real mental health condition. Many people need professional help to stop. |
